Refund & Return Policy
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only for products that are unused, sealed, and in their original packaging, within 14 days of delivery.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, contact our customer support with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the process.
3. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error or product defect: We cover return shipping costs.
- If not: The customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend using tracked shipping.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds (excluding original shipping charges) are processed once we inspect the returned product. It may take 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. The product must be unopened and in resaleable condition. Otherwise, we may refuse the refund or apply a fee.
Once the refund is approved amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days .
5. Exceptions
Opened, used, or damaged products (unless defective) are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchange delivery will be done within 3 days .
Exchnage product delivery will be done within 3-5 business days .
